ANY GOODS THAT HAVE BEEN DESPATCHED AND ARE LATER CANCELLED WILL BE SUBJECT TO A RE-STOCKING CHARGE, TO BE PAID BY THE CUSTOMER. IF GOODS ARE NOT REQUIRED ON ARRIVAL, OR ARE INCORRECT DUE TO A MISTAKE MADE ON ORDERING, PROVIDING THEY ARE UNUSED AND IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING, A REFUND CAN BE PROCESSED, MINUS RE-STOCKING AND TRANSPORTATION CHARGES.

EACH PRODUCT PAGE WILL SHOW THE WARRANTY THAT COMES WITH THE UNIT. IF A PRODUCT COMES WITH A PARTS ONLY WARRANTY LABOUR WARRANTY CAN BE ADDED FOR AN ADDITIONAL COST. PLEASE CONTACT OUR SALES TEAM FOR PRICING

IF YOUR CABINET CAME WITH, OR YOUR CHOSE TO TAKE OUT LABOUR WARRANTY ON ORDER, THEN WE WILL SEND AN ENGINEER OUT TO DIAGNOSE THE PROBLEM, AND SEND PARTS OUT TO BE FITTED IF REQUIRED. IF YOU PURCHASED THE CABINET WITH A PARTS ONLY WARRANTY, YOU WILL NEED TO ARRANGE FOR AN ENGINEER TO COME OUT TO DIAGNOSE THE PROBLEM. WE WILL THEN SEND PARTS OUT ON RECEIPT OF ENGINEERS REPORT.

STANDARD DELIVERY OF STOCKED ITEMS IS 3-5 WORKING DAYS. IF YOU REQUIRE DELIVERY ON A SPECIFIC DAY, PLEASE CONTACT OUR SALES TEAM. FACTORY ORDER ITEMS ARE USUALLY DELIVERED WITHIN 4-6 WEEKS.
